Introduction

On March 30, 2011, 211 Waukegan, LLC (“Debtor”) filed its voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code. This is a single asset real estate case. The property at issue is a three-story commercial building located in Northfield, Illinois.
