OPINION AND ORDER

Before the Court is Defendant’s motion to dismiss (Docket No. 4). Therein, De*540fendant requests that this Court dismiss the ADA claim brought by Plaintiff, since the latter failed to exhaust the administrative remedies prior to filing the above-captioned complaint. For the reasons stated below, this Court GRANTS Defendant’s request, and DISMISSES WITHOUT PREJUDICE Plaintiffs ADA claim.
