The grandparents of two minor wards seek to set aside a home building loan from the children’s estates made to the guardian, P.H.G., used for additional living space for the wards. The grandparents allege that the court that appointed the guardian and approved the loan lacked jurisdiction; in the alternative that sec. 880.19(4)(c), Stats., absolutely bars loans of guardianship funds to the guardian; and that the court erroneously excluded evidence of previous alleged misconduct by the guardian.
