The case is before us on an appeal from an order overruling a demurrer to a complaint for insufficiency .of the facts stated to constitute a cause of action. The action is based on an alleged breach by the defendant, O. T. Olson, of the contract evidenced by the written instrument set out verbatim in the above statement of facts, and perhaps as to other defendants upon an alleged conspiracy to breach that contract.
