Robert Figueroa (“Plaintiff’) brought a complaint against Jeh Johnson as the Secretary of the United States Department of Homeland Security (“Defendant”) alleging discrimination and retaliation on the basis of his male sex or gender and Hispanic national origin as well as a hostile work environment in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq.
