The appellant, veteran Clifford H. Cox, appeals through counsel a May 20, 2014, decision of the Board of Veterans’ Appeals (Board) that, among other things, denied claims for service connection for a back disability and a bilateral knee disability. 2 Record (R.) at 2-14. This appeal is timely, and the Court has jurisdiction to review the Board’s May 2014 decision pursuant to 38 U.S.C. §§ 7252(a) and 7266(a).
