Illinois Central Sweeping LLC (“ICS”) is a street sweeping company that employs unionized workers. Pursuant to its collective bargaining agreements (“CBA”) with the union, Excavating, Grading,- Asphalt, Private Scavengers, Automobile Salesroom Garage Attendants, and Linen and Laundry Drivers Local Union No. 731, International Brotherhood of Teamsters (“Local 731”), ICS contributed money to a mul-tiemployer pension fund and to a multiem-ployer health and welfare fund for the benefit of its employees.
