*342The trial court rendered judgment upon special jury findings in favor of Perry National Bank and against John R. Edison and others who were the collateral heirs of James A. Eidson, a bachelor. The judgment as between the bank and the Eidson heirs was for the recovery of title and possession of a 443/500ths undivided interest in 600 acres of land located in Hamilton County, Texas. This portion of the judgment was reversed by the Court of Civil Appeals. That part of the judgment relating to the remaining 57/500ths interest was left undisturbed and need not be further noticed. 327 S.W. 2d 683.
