INTRODUCTION
In this putative class action, defendants have filed motions to dismiss all of plaintiffs’ claims. Plaintiffs allege claims for violations of California’s unfair competition law, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, unjust enrichment and restitution, and accounting. Defendants have shown that plaintiffs failed to plead injury in fact, so they lack standing to pursue claims under California’s unfair competition law.
