Appellant was convicted in the District Court of Cass County of the offense of rape, and his punishment fixed at confinement in the penitentiary for a period of twenty years.

The record herein shows without dispute that appellant and one Adams went with two little girls from Mount Pleasant in Cass County, Texas, in a car to Texarkana, Texas. They left Mount Pleasant late one afternoon. Some time in the night they reached Atlanta in Cass County and went to a hotel and spent the night.
