Standing at the open side door of the almost deserted Outback Steakhouse in Texarkana late on the evening of August 31, 2003, Richard Marked Henson held a bag containing approximately $800.00, which Stephon Walter 1 had taken from inside the restaurant and handed to Henson. Walter, after handing Henson the money — -but still possessing a handgun Walter had borrowed for the purpose of robbing the restaurant — disappeared again into the restaurant, where three restaurant employees awaited.
