Plaintiff Collie L. Brown Jr. brings this action for employment discrimination under Title VII and Ohio Revised Code Chapter 4112.02 against defendant Worthington Industries, Inc. Brown, an African American, alleges that his employer Worthington Steel discriminated against him by promoting and giving preferential job positions to less qualified Caucasian individuals.
