In 1967 the appellee, Ben Dearmore, sold a vacant residential lot to Norbert Nelson, who was to pay for the lot in monthly installments over a period of two years. Nelson took possession of the lot by moving a trailer house to it and began the construction of a permanent dwelling house on the land. Nelson employed the appellant, a well driller, to drill a water well on the property. Shiek successfully completed a well by drilling to a depth of 284 feet anctinstalling 191 feet of pipe.
