Whereas, in connection with the proposed examination by the House Committee on Elections of the ballots cast in the general election of November 2, 1976, for Representative from House District 29, representing the Towns of Gray, New Gloucester, Sebago and Raymond, certain questions have arisen with regard to the validity of certain election procedures and certain ballots because of a contest for Representative from House District 29 by Gordon F.
