¶ 1 The Oklahoma Bar Association filed a complaint against Larry D. Barrett, alleging several violations of the Oklahoma Rules of Professional Conduct and Rules Governing Disciplinary Procedure. The Professional Responsibility Tribunal found that the Bar had proven by clear and convincing evidence Respondent’s violations of the Oklahoma Rules of Professional Conduct, Rules 1.4(a)(failing to keep a client informed), 8.1(b) (filing inadequate responses to the Bar Association and failing to timely respond), and Rule 5.2 of the Rules Governing Disciplinary Procedure.…
