These three actions for dámages grew out of the same automobile accident, and although separate actions, they .were, by agreement, tried together on the same testimony. The first action was brought by J. M. Whitson, Administrator for damages for the death of his minor daughter, Pansy Whitson. The second action was brought by Helen Henderson, by her next friend, for damages for personal injuries; and the third action was brought by J. C. Henderson for damages for the loss of services of his minor daughter, Helen Henderson who suffered personal injuries for which she sued in the second action…
