JOHN J. GALGAY, Bankruptcy Judge.

Justin Colin (“Colin”), debtor and debtor-in-possession, seeks a declaration by this Court, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2201, that the automatic stay of 11 U.S.C. § 362(a) prohibits Manufacturers Hanover Trust (“MHT”) from continuing its state court action entitled Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company v. Cynthia Green Colin and Justin S. Colin, only as Trustees for the benefit of issue of Cynthia Green Colin.
