Somaskanda, M.D. (Somaskanda) and Myers Community Hospital (Myers) were negligent in the care of plaintiff Elizabeth Cavallaro (Cavallaro) on September 20, 1994, that negligence was not a substantial factor in causing the panhypopituitarism of Cavallaro’s newborn child.
