Tucker v. State
Court of Appeals of Arkansas
1Opinion of the Court
Lawson Cloninger, Judge.
Appellant Kenneth Tucker was charged with first degree murder in causing the death of William D. McElhaney. Upon trial by jury appellant was convicted of second degree murder and sentenced to twenty years in prison. For reversal it is urged that the trial court erred (1) when it denied appellant’s motion for a mistrial, (2) when it admitted into evidence three photographs of the deceased, (3) when it admitted into evidence the alleged murder weapon, a broad-head arrow, which had not been analyzed, and (4) when it denied appellant’s motion for a directed verdict.
