This is an appeal on questions of law by the plaintiff from a judgment of the Common Pleas Court of Hancock County in a negligence action, the judgment having been entered pursuant to a general verdict of the jury in favor of the defendants.

It is undisputed in evidence that on January 13, 1964, at approximately 1 p. m., because of the existence of a size-able snow drift ahead and to the right of him upon the highway, the plaintiff, who was driving in a westerly direction, had stopped his tractor and semi-trailer on U.
