This is a proceeding in error from an order of the court of common pleas directing the application of the proceeds of certain insurance policies to the payment of a judgment of the defendant in error, The Old National-City Bank, against the plaintiff in error, C. S. Baxter, in proceedings in aid of execution brought by the defendant in error in said court.
