On April 15, 1924, the appellant, Chattanooga Sewer Pipe Works, secured judgment against O’Neal, Dumler & Miles, a partnership, and L. J. Dumler, as an individual, and this judgment was duly enrolled on the judgment roll of the Second judicial district of Bolivar county, Mississippi, on April 22, 1924. On January 17, 1924, the appellee L. J.
