OPINION
HURWITZ, Vice Chief Justice.
¶ 1 Paul Bradley Speer was convicted of first degree murder and sentenced to death. This is an automatic appeal pursuant to Arizona Rule of Criminal Procedure 31.2. This Court has jurisdiction under Article 6, Section 5(3) of the A’izona Constitution, and A.R.S. §§ 13-755, 13-4031, and 13-4033 (2001 & Supp.2008).
