In May, 1850, John F. Mackie and William Jennison, surviving trustees of the Saginaw City property, conveyed the premises in controversy in this suit, as parties of the first part, to “Hiram L. Miller, of Saginaw, administrator of the estate of Charles Little, deceased,” and to his successors and assigns forever. In November, 1856, a deed was made of the same premises, by “Hiram L. Miller, administrator of the estate of Charles Little, deceased, of Saginaw City,” to William L. P.
