In this interlocutory appeal, the City of Colorado City, Texas, a municipal corporation, appeals the trial court’s denial of the City’s plea to the jurisdiction. We affirm.
Connie Ponko began working for the City in approximately 1987. During her employment with the City, she served in various capacities and, at one time, had human resources responsibilities.
