Plaintiffs contracted with Cragin Bank for Savings (“Cragin”) to be loan originators, and bring the present claims under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, 29 U.S.C. §§ 1001-1461 (“ERISA”), alleging that they are entitled to benefits under the Cragin Employee Stock Ownership Program (the “ESOP”).
