Foth, C.J.:

Plaintiff is a school teacher. Defendant is a school district for which he worked as an untenured first year teacher during the school year 1976-77. In the final analysis, plaintiff’s petition claimed extra pay for the school year 1976-77 and total breach of an alleged teaching contract for the year 1977-78. 1 This appeal is from an order dismissing the petition for lack of jurisdiction.
