This is a post-award bid protest filed by five freight transportation companies, ABF Freight System, Inc. (ABF), Old Dominion Freight Line, Inc. (Old Dominion), Overnite Transportation Co. (Overnite), Roadway Express, Inc. (Roadway), and Yellow Transportation, Inc.
