Plaintiff seeks declaratory and injunctive relief from this statutory three-judge court, 1 2holding unconstitutional in form and in application portions of Chapter 99, “Candidates, Campaign Expenses and Contesting Elections”, Florida Statutes, F.S.A. The statutes under attack are Sections 99.021 and 99.092, Florida Statutes, F.S.A.
