SNYDER, PRESIDENT :

George W. Dobbin, being the owner of three' tracts of land containing 26,000, 420, and 768 acres, respectively, situate on the waters of the Black Pork of Cheat river, in Tucker county, by deed dated April 12, 1864, conveyed the undivided one half of said lands to Addison Childs, and the remaining undivided one half of said 26,000, 420, and 768 acres of land the said Dobbins sold, and by deed dated December 16,1873, conveyed to David Gilchrist, James N. Loughery, Joseph PT. McCartney, Samuel Gress, and James McGee at the price of $25,000.00, of which the said purchasers…
