A petition was filed in the juvenile court alleging that the minor, Valerie E., came within the provisions of Welfare and Institutions Code section 602, in that she allegedly committed battery (Pen. Code, § 242) against two police officers (paragraphs I and II). Defendant’s motion for pretrial discovery was denied. The court found the allegations in the petition to be tme and declared defendant a ward of the court under Welfare and Institutions Code section 602.
