Appellants contend that the general Incorporation act of 1874, in force at the time of the organization of the town of Campbell Hill, does not provide for the incorporation of towns, but only for cities and villages. This objection is without merit. This act merely prohibits incorporation of towns under former laws, and provides that towns hereafter incorporated shall be incorporated under this act.
