Plaintiff-Counterclaim Defendant>-Appellant Mendes Junior International Company (“Mendes”) appeals the final judgment of the district court finding its claim time-barred and awarding damages in favor of Defen-dani^Counterclaim Plaintiff-Appellee Atlanta Maritime Corporation (“AMC”) on its counterclaims. We affirm.

FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY
