This memorandum of my conclusions in the above stated cause is being filed by me at the close of argument of counsel for the respective parties because of what I conceive to be the necessity of forthwith depriving the defendants of any further management of the business affairs of the aforesaid local. The defendants, in my judgment, have officiously arrogated to themselves authority which they well know they are not possessed of but which they presumptuously exercised.
