JWOODARD, Judge.
Oscar M. Lewis (the defendant) was found guilty by a 10-2 vote of the jury of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, a violation of La.R.S. 40:966(A)(1). Subsequently, he was sentenced to twenty years of imprisonment at hard labor. He appeals, alleging four assignments of error. Finding reversible error in the trial court’s decision to deny the defendant’s challenge for cause of prospective jurors, Mr. David McKinley Augustine and Ms. Eula Armentor, we reverse the defendant’s conviction and sentence and remand the case to the trial court for a new trial,…
