GREMILLION, Judge.
bOn three separate occasions within a three-week period, Defendant sold a confidential informant one to three grams of cocaine. She was charged by a bill of *594information with three counts of distribution of a controlled dangerous substance, cocaine, a violation of La.R.S. 40:967(A). A jury convicted her on each count. Defendant was sentenced to serve five years at hard labor on each count, to run consecutively, with the first two years to be served without the benefit of parole, probation, or suspension of sentence, for a total of fifteen years imprisonment and three thousand…
