I. INTRODUCTION

Plaintiffs Boston Scientific Corporation (“BSC”) and Boston Scientific Scimed, Inc. (“Seimed”) (collectively, “plaintiffs”) brought this suit against defendant Wall Cardiovascular Technologies, LLC (“WCT”) on August 6, 2008, seeking declaratory judgment of noninfringement, invalidity, and unenforceability of United States Patent No. 6,974,475 (“the '475 patent”).
