Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court in favor of defendants entered in Ulster County upon a decision by the court at Trial Term without a jury. Appellants sought a determination that they had an easement by prescription over a corner portion of respondents’ property used by them as a right of way. In 1945 and 1958 appellants purchased two adjacent parcels of property remote from Lapala Road, the nearest highway.
