This appeal has to do with special conditions of supervised release imposed upon the defendant, John Scott, at the time a prior term of supervised release (the second one, in fact) was revoked by the District Court. These conditions, referred to in the sentence as “Additional Standard Conditions of Supervision,” appear tailored to sex offenses.
