Per Curiam :
The Monarch Discount Company hied its bill in the circuit court of Cook county against appellees, the Chesapeake and Ohio Railway Company of Indiana and James H. Beckett, praying for the reformation of an assignment of wages alleged to have been given to appellant by Beckett to secure the payment of a note executed by him in favor of appellant for money borrowed. The assignment purported to transfer to appellant the wages, salary and all compensation earned and to be earned by Beckett from the Chesapeake and Ohio Railway Company up to and including September 14, 1919.
