LANGDON, Justice.

This is a suit on a sworn account. The appellee, plaintiff below, based his suit upon a sale of 29,440 pounds of anhydrous ammonia, a liquid fertilizer, to the defendant, .appeiiant herein, and sought interest and .attorney’s fees. The appellant answered by .a verified denial and a cross-action. The allegations contained in the cross-action were denied by appellee.

Trial was to a jury. Based upon the verdict of the jury the trial court granted judgment for appellee in the amount of $2,060.--•80, with interest, and attorney’s fees in the sum of $600.00.
