MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
ROBERT L. EISEN, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter came before the court on the debtor’s (“Datair”) motion for summary judgment on its application to have the court determine the secured position and value of the claim of the First Bank of Oak Park (“The Bank”). Additionally, the Bank has filed a motion to convert this Chapter 11 case to a Chapter 7 and a motion to lift the automatic stay.
