THIS CAUSE came on for consideration upon the (1) Motion Challenging Jurisdiction of Court over Property of Non-Debtors, (2) Motion to Lift Stay with Regard to Celotex Appeals and to Release Supersede-as Bonds Thereon, and (3) related issues raised by the enormous litigation in this case.
