*422 In these consolidated cases, Appellant, CSX Transportation, Inc., (or CSXT), a Virginia corporation headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida, appeals from the denials of its motions to dismiss two complaints filed in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County, based on the doctrine of forum non conveniens , for re-filing in a more appropriate forum.
