Petitioner filed a petition for a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254 on March 29, 2007 (Doc. 3). Petitioner seeks relief from the sentence that Ohio imposed following his conviction on two counts of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material or performance, five counts of voyeurism and two counts of pandering sexually oriented matters involving a minor.
