Appellant operates a private proprietary home for adults. The petitioner, Deputy Attorney-General, issued an office subpoena duces tecum dated October 18, 1976 pursuant to subdivision 8 of section 63 of the Executive Law directing appellant (Palm Beach) to produce certain books and records for the period January 1, 1969 to June 30, 1976.
