CHATFIELD, District Judge.

Services-were rendered by the tug Henry Gillen and her crew -to the steamer Ragnarok, upon the occasion -of an exceedingly fierce and troublesome-fire at Miller’s-plaster mill, on Newtown creek- in .this district, upon the morning- of -August 23, 1906. The Ragnarok is a steel freight steamer, worth some $65,000, and the claimant’s stipulation for value in this action was fixed at $5,000.
