This appeal involves a dispute concerning the interpretation of the declarations of a planned unit development in Sumner County. After the owner of a rental apartment complex in the planned unit development recorded conflicting declarations, the development’s homeowners association filed suit in the Chancery Court for Sumner County seeking declaratory and injunctive relief.
