State v. Superior Court

This case is upon a writ of certiorari to review an order of the superior court of King county, changing the place of trial from King county to Chelan county, in the case of Schwabacher Brothers & Company, Inc., against Don M. Thomas. The facts are as follows: On April 15, 1910, Don M. Thomas, for value, executed and delivered his promissory note for $S72.50, to Schwabacher Brothers & Co., *682Inc., payable on or before September 1, 1910.
