OPINION

{¶ 1} Appellant, Willie A. Wynder, Jr., appeals his conviction for aggravated robbery with a firearm specification in violation of R.C.2911.01(A)(1), a felony of the first degree, and for unlawful possession of a dangerous ordnance in violation of R.C. 2923.17(A), a felony of the fifth degree, following a jury trial in the Ashtabula County Court of Common Pleas. Appellant was sentenced to three years for the robbery conviction and twelve months for possession of a dangerous ordnance to be served concurrently, and an additional three years for the firearm specification to be served…
